Order Cancellation
Order changes and cancellations are accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT-7) on the same day your order is placed.
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible.
Orders successfully cancelled within the permitted cancellation period will receive a full refund.
Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
Returns
We accept eligible returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Be returned in its original packaging.
- Include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
If the return is required due to our mistake, we will cover the applicable return shipping costs.
Customers will be charged shipping costs no more than once for each order, including returns.

Important: Please wait for return authorization before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email that your return has been received.
After the inspection is completed, we will inform you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–15 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the estimated processing period, please take the following steps:

- Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to be officially posted.
